The disc drive lost its divers and it is built into my Advent 7105 Laptop
Thanks
Where can I find drivers for my TSSTcorp CD/DVDW Ts-L532U?
Why not a moment ago use the Win XP driver. Then use Power DVD for movie viewing and Nero or Roxio. Works flawlessly on my DVD writers and DVD-combo in my laptops and desktops.
step to the company's web site.
Ok, There are couple of ways you can do that.
First what's your brand of the laptop? Advent? If so, dance to their website and search for your laptop's model #, and shift to their driver page and download the driver/firmware.
Another way you can do to be precise go to driverguide.com(Google it), and afterwards register and you will have access to hundred thousands of drivers.
To my education, CD/DVD ROMS/Burner does not require any driver. but if you do need it, follow the above instructions.
Hi
If it be fitted when the laptop was modern , reload the laptop driver disc and hopefully it may work.Check in the bios that it is not turned stale or the machine is basically set not to look for drives.[ it may be connected via a internal usb so if the usb is not enabled no drive showing. And if you use any newish burner software that should find and be able to burn discs.
bye

The drivers should enjoy come with the laptop, if you own win xp then it shouldn't involve drivers unless it's a commercial drive.
