i tried to burn a ancestral video to a dvd but it took like 2 hours and at the expiration it said that it couldnt be finish to try again.
Why does my dvd burner nick so long to burn?
proly coz the burning app is converting and authoring at the same time ... attain it into proper dvd format first then burn it and it shouldnt transport more than 10 mins or so ...
It really depends on 3 things the burner you have on your computer. The Media you are using both Format and Speed. and the Software you are using.
I reccommend you use DVD-R Media, and when buying engineer sure that the media you buy will burn at 1X,2X,4X,8X,and 16X this will see you to burn at the slower speed required by older burners.
If you are trying to burn using 8X or 16X medium and your burner will only burn at 2 or 4 X here is your problem.
