Why did my USB port can't read as 2.0?

Why did my USB port can't read as 2.0?

More than plausible its not a 2.0 port. You can purchase a USB 2.0 pci card you install in your computer.

Most of the elder computers are below the 2.0 these days because noone know to put this type of card in them.
The PC you pluged it into (Hardware) solely supports USB 1.0 - Windows has detected that the device can run at USB 2.0 but your current PC does not support this speed!
yep, the USB port you hold only supports 1.0 speed, try upgrading it to 2.0 for hi-speed USB nouns =)
Download this and try.
