why does my disc verbs up not working.. when i click on it zilch happens it comes up and 2 green bar come up on progress bar consequently nothing it freshly freezes my pc and i enjoy to reboot pc for it 2 step off?

A corrupt short-term file can repeatedly cause the disk cleanup utility to dangle. To resolve this problem, try deleting adjectives temporary files on your computer by performing the following steps:
Close adjectives running applications.
From the Start menu, click Run and type
%temp%
to open the Temp folder on your computer.
Type Ctrl+A or from the Edit menu click Select All to select adjectives the files, press Delete, then click Yes to the confirmation.
Close Windows Explorer.
Open the Control Panel Internet Options applet.
Select the General tab, consequently click Delete Files.
Select the Delete all offline content check box, later click OK.
You should now be capable of run the Disk Cleanup tool.
