If its one and the same type of connection yes. I forgot what its call but theres a name for the type of electrical system they use to screw in the antennas, I wouldn't see why one wouldnt work if it be of the same type, You can aways look into the cantenna as all right.
buy some antennas that will fit your router thats all you really call for.
