Why does my bt voyager 1055 usb adapter carry hot?

Why does my bt voyager 1055 usb adapter carry hot?

theres no logical foundation for the usb adapter to get hot,usb ports and adapters use little(5ma(milli-amps))if any power,so it wont be this cause the usb adapter to get so hot

check anything close to it,for example the adherent on a average laptop can get extremely hot and if the usb port is situated close by the fan later this can cause the adapter to get hold of hot over time

try moving the usb adapter to another usb port and then check if it still get hot,if it does then return it,this shouldnt be up

good luck eric!
Its Because Its A Modem, And its Working Is *** Off So You can Go, And Stop Online.

Don't Worry About It, Its Meant To Get Hot.

Mainly Because Its Processing Gigs Of Things In Minutes.
how hot are you discussion about, as most adaptors do seize hot due to the power going in and the amount coming out, it have to do a lot of work.
I don't know an adaptor that DOESN't fry up.It's normal,and working,so be glad. :)
