While double clicking the harddisk partioned ikons...getting the error message as couldnt find copy.exe? why

Inorder to embark on the drives like c,d,e,f etc.. while doubleclicking the purticular ikon iam getting the message as writtern below window cannot find copy.exe. make sure you hold typed the name correctly , and later try again. what may be the reason for this?????
