Which video card should I get hold of?

I run on a 2GHz processor, a see of RAM, and I have an AGP 8X slot.

Currently I am running next to a GeForce 5200 FX, and it blows. I get on average 22 frames per second.

All I'm asking for a boost to at lowest 40 frames on average and possibly 60 in deserted places.

These are some cards at a store a few minutes away from me. I don't hold PCI-E, so it's all I can do...

ATI X1650 Pro AGP 512MB

EVGA e-GeForce 7600GT AGP8X Superclocked 512MBhttp://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddet...

BFG Geforce GS OC 512MB AGP Video Card (7600GSOC)

Sadly, I don't hold the option of using the internet on this one, so it'll enjoy to be one of these.

Keep in mind I don't want the superlative range card, of late something that'll definitely run WoW, CS:S...

Which video card should I get hold of?
