SATA logically but SATA ll is better.

ata is almost ancient but there flowing to install and format,but

then comes cash and the new equals of drives are here to stay like it or not if you plan on progressing the sata is the drive of the adjectives,just trademark sure you have the board for it!
most of unmarked motherboards come with SATA support but weak one dont support SATA.

SATA is definitely well brought-up one to have if you motherboard supports it
SATA have better access in facts 150mb/ sec but the ATA is 66-130mb/sec. Sata has more mortgage feature similar to raid within order for you to get higher background access 300mb/s. :)
